Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) providing online, part-time physical therapy services in an interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function; maintaining accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Must maintain a current state PT licensure and hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State criminal record check required.
