Physical Therapist (PT) - Online - Part-Time

The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities; and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies.
