Job Summary
Provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develops and implements personalized treatment plans, conducts thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs, and maintains accurate documentation of progress and outcomes. Requires a current state PT license and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. This is a part-time, online role.
