Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for online, part-time role. Responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must hold and maintain a current state PT license/certification and have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and documenting patient progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations. Required Qualifications
