Job Summary
Provide online physical therapy services to evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment programs for patients. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and executing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment to support patients’ rehabilitation needs and ensure high-quality care. Must hold and maintain an active state PT licensure/certification and have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
