Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Requires a current state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve function; maintaining accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.
