Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT STATE LAW REQUIRES A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
