Job Summary
Provide the full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Location: Richmond, IN.
