Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, interpret diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports, and ensure accurate transcription of medical orders. Provide timely, accurate documentation and instruct or counsel patients and families as needed. Promote continuous quality improvement within the acute care environment at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation. Requires current state licensure and BLS certification. Full-time Monday through Thursday shift with starting salary of $83,928.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certified BLS
- Completion in first 90 days of employment
