Physical Therapist PT

PRN Part Time Physical Therapist responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services to residents. Develop individualized treatment plans, perform tests and evaluations, and maintain daily treatment records. Assist with the care of the physical therapy department and equipment, support the Director of Rehab with in-service programs and meetings, participate in rehabilitation team conferences, and provide information on resident progress. Must work independently as needed and demonstrate willingness to help others. Requires Florida licensure and CPR certification.
