Physical Therapist (PT) – New Grads Welcome

Evaluate, treat, and restore function for patients through individualized physical therapy sessions in a hospital-based outpatient setting. Deliver patient-centered care by performing assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and adjusting protocols based on progress. Educate patients and families on recovery goals while documenting evaluations and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices.
