Physical Therapist (PT) – New Grads Welcome

Evaluate, treat, and restore function by performing patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and educate patients and families on recovery goals while documenting outcomes accurately. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and evidence-based practices. New graduates are welcome with mentorship and training available.
