Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for hospital-based outpatient setting in Maine. New graduate physical therapists are welcome, with mentorship and growth opportunities available. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, documenting evaluations and outcomes, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining regulatory and patient safety standards. Schedule aligns with weekdays, 7:00–5:30, with day/evening shifts Mon-Fri. Facility focuses on one-on-one patient care, individualized plans, and evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
