Conduct patient evaluations by reviewing historical information, performing assessments, and documenting recommendations and treatment plans. Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentations while consulting with healthcare professionals as needed. Complete discharge planning, follow-up care, and accurate documentation of patient care activities including progress summaries and discharge evaluations. Manage an accurate schedule to meet productivity expectations and ensure frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy. Provide clinical instruction by assigning students and assisting with orientation and mentoring of staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
