Complete discharge planning and follow-up care, accurately documenting charges and progress notes including baseline goals, daily encounters, and interim summaries. Manage schedules to meet productivity expectations and demonstrate flexibility in a patient-driven environment. Pursue continuing education for professional growth and serve as a clinical instructor to assign students and mentor inexperienced staff.
