Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized physical therapy programs for older adults in home and independent living facility settings. Screen patients, apply therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and gait training, and instruct caregivers on mobility skills to restore independence. Adapt treatment plans based on reexaminations, manage referrals to other disciplines, and ensure adherence to clinical documentation and safety standards. Maintain equipment, order supplies, and supervise support personnel as needed. Full-time role with competitive salary ranging from $79,000 to $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and free continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence
