Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat older adults in home and independent living facility settings through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training. Develop individualized plans of care, instruct patients and caregivers on mobility skills, and manage referrals to other disciplines. Supervise therapy assistants and students while ensuring adherence to clinical documentation, safety protocols, and department schedules. Maintain equipment, order supplies, and perform routine reexaminations to modify treatment progressions. Requires a valid PT license, Master's degree, and reliable transportation. Full-time role with $5,000 bonus, comprehensive benefits, and H-1B sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence
- Must be available for the Journey Travel Program
