Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs in home and community settings. Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals. Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Maintain clear and timely documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapy License

- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- PTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available
