Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support recovery. Communicate progress to supervisors, assist with patient scheduling, and post daily charges to records. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements while maintaining equipment and work areas to safety standards. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and applicable state/federal laws. Full-time day shift with a 10K bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
