Evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish goals, and develop personalized interventions using therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and assistive devices. Educate patients on injury prevention and ergonomics while supervising physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel. Continuously monitor progress and document outcomes, modifying plans as needed to restore function and promote mobility. Treat patients across both the medical-surgical unit and the Emergency Department within a 15-bed Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
