Physical Therapist (PT)

Conduct physical therapy evaluations to establish individualized treatment goals for residents. Deliver interventions focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, transfers, and mobility. Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans. Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate while maintaining accurate documentation and treatment records in compliance with facility standards. This full-time role offers a stable schedule within a collaborative rehab environment at GlenRidge/Courtyard in Medford, MA, providing opportunities to work with both post-acute and long-term care residents.
