Job Summary
Provide ongoing treatment to assigned caseload in a school-based setting, document and report student progress, conduct educationally relevant evaluations and report findings within ETRs, write IEP therapy goals and background information, participate in IEP/ETR meetings with family-friendly language, collaborate with school personnel and families, maintain therapy minutes and Medicaid billing in line with deadlines, and contribute to a positive learning culture while adhering to safety and teamwork priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s/Doctor’s degree from an accredited college or university program of Physical Therapy
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio
- Valid Driver’s license
- Completed FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire)
- Current Ohio Department of Education Certification (can be completed upon hire)
- Professional Liability Insurance, recommended by the governing body
