Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support daily progress. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while communicating updates to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Handle responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Required Qualifications
- degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
