Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs while documenting sessions and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams to participate in discharge planning and perform other duties as assigned. Full-time day shift with one Saturday per month and flex days during the week. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Current Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, OR Speech Language Pathology License
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in rehab setting preferred
