Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans to restore patient strength, mobility, and function. Provide direct patient care while educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires current PT license, CPR certification, and strong patient rapport-building skills. Previous rehab experience preferred. Hourly range $36.38-$64. Part-time/Per Diem.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current PT license
- CPR certification
