Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support recovery. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members while assisting with scheduling and post-charges. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Handle responsibilities according to the Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws. Full-time daylight shift at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
