Physical Therapist (PT)

Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Provide direct patient care for chronic or critically ill patients recovering from conditions like respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, or complex wounds. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Requires a current PT license, graduate degree from an accredited program, and CPR certification.
