Job Summary
Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members while assisting with patient scheduling and post-charges daily. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition while handling job responsibilities per the Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws. Full-time position with a $46-50/hour rate and $20,000 commitment incentive bonus at Kindred Hospital South FL.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
