Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans to restore strength, mobility, and function. Provide direct patient care while educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately, then collaborate with rehab teams for discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. This role is full-time at Conway Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health's diversified network spanning 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in rehab setting preferred
