Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Develop treatment plans, instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs, and provide direct care to restore strength and mobility. Communicate patient progress to supervisors, assist with scheduling, post daily charges to records, and document care per regulatory requirements. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions while adhering to company conduct and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current license to practice occupational therapy
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in inpatient rehab preferred
