Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to improve daily progress. Document care according to regulatory and payer requirements while communicating updates to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges to records. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws. New graduates are welcome to join this team dedicated to making communities healthier.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
