Job Summary
Evaluate a patient's condition, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs. Communicate patient progress to supervisors, assist with scheduling, and post charges to patient records daily. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements while maintaining equipment and work areas. Handle responsibilities according to the Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws. Monday-Friday schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants. Lifepoint Rehabilitation provides acute inpatient rehabilitation services across 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
