Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff or families on follow-through programs to help patients recover. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members while assisting with scheduling and posting daily charges to records. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions while handling responsibilities per the Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws. Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
