Job Summary
Evaluate a patient's condition, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to help patients improve day by day. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while communicating progress or problems to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records, maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws. Full-time days schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted PT license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and Communication skills
