Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to facilitate recovery. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors, assist with scheduling, and post charges to records daily. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements while maintaining equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws. This role supports the mission of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare network prioritizing employee well-being and community health.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
