Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support recovery. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements while communicating progress to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily, and maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition. Handle responsibilities per the Code of Business Conduct and applicable state/federal laws. Join a 12-bed inpatient unit at Mercy Hospital Pittsburgh ARU with a Leapfrog Group A-grade safety rating.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
