Job Summary
Evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish goals, and develop personalized interventions using therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and assistive devices to restore function and promote mobility. Educate patients on injury prevention and ergonomics while supervising physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel. Continuously monitor progress and document outcomes, modifying plans as needed to ensure optimal patient recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapist License in State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Schedule: Days, 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, Holiday/Weekend rotation as needed
