Physical Therapist (PT)

Conduct physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments for adult and geriatric patients while managing Physical Therapist Assistants and therapy techs. Assess patient needs, formulate individualized plans of care, and perform timely reassessments with accurate QI scoring. Reduce pain through appropriate interventions and communicate progress to physicians during team conferences. Operate equipment safely, maintain department cleanliness, and ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed. Document goals on interdisciplinary care plans and participate in staff performance improvement and orientation programs.
