Job Summary
PT provides direct rehab care under physician referral, follows treatment plans, establishes and modifies goals, oversees PTAs and students, charts promptly, uses therapy software, delivers excellent patient service, participates in community health projects, maintains confidentiality and compliance with Life Care policies, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support patient function and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with active license in good standing
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
