Job Summary
Provide direct rehab care as a Physical Therapist to patients via physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards; follow established treatment plans and create/adjust measurable goals; oversee PTAs and Rehab Aides, document plans appropriately, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team; maintain patient rights, safety, and confidentiality; adhere to company policies and code of conduct, demonstrating integrity and professionalism; possess required licensure and education (BSPT/MSPT/DPT) and CPR certification; new grads welcome, 1 year experience preferred; proficient with therapy software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Current state license/registration in good standing
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation (to remain current)
