Follow established PT treatment plans for patients; establish, assess, and modify measurable goals; oversee and evaluate care by PTAs and students; perform timely charting; utilize therapy software; provide excellent patient service; assist in patient evacuation; maintain regular attendance; work effectively on an interdisciplinary team; demonstrate good body mechanics and professional conduct per Life Care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT)
- Current state license/registration in good standing
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- One year experience preferred; new grads welcome
