Job Summary
Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients; establish, assess, and modify goals; oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students; chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software; exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients; assist in evacuation of patients; maintain attendance and professional conduct; communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team; perform required physical tasks and mobility activities; read/write/speak English; maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)
- Currently licensed in applicable State with active license
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
