Job Summary
PT provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards; responsibilities include following established treatment plans, establishing and modifying functional goals, supervising PTAs and rehab students, timely charting, and using therapy software; requires graduation from an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT) and active state licensure, CPR certification, and good patient relations; in-house rehab programs, continuing education, and growth opportunities offered; Monday–Friday schedule at The Oaks in New Bedford, MA; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State with active license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (and to remain current)
