Job Summary
PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in a Life Care Centers of America facility, part of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Responsibilities include following established treatment plans, establishing and modifying functional goals, supervising PTAs and students, timely charting, utilizing therapy software, delivering excellent patient service, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT), active state license, CPR certification, and a willingness to work in a post-acute care environment; new grads are welcome. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
