Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed to provide early childhood PT services for birth-5 years through EI and CPSE/CSE programs. Duties include monitoring progress, documenting in EMR, conducting sessions in the sensory gym at the Hauppauge office, and ensuring compliance with EI/CPSE/CSE regulations. Requires NY licensure, ability to work with children, and strong interpersonal skills. Part-time positions with mentoring, continuing education credits (ASHA/AOTA/APTA/CTLE), flexible scheduling, benefits including health/Life/401K, and a PTO package. Office-based EI/CPSE and home/community based sessions available; competitive hourly pay rates.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children preferred
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
