Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and monitor child progress for preschoolers aged 3-5 in early childhood special education settings. Test abilities to set realistic goals, adjust treatment plans, and record detailed analysis and reports in the Electronic Medical Record system. Maintain confidential documentation and follow all state laws and regulations. Requires a current New York State license, Doctorate for new graduates, one year of early childhood experience, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Current New York State License and Certification in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
