Job Summary
Evaluate, monitor, and track child progress to adjust treatment plans for birth-to-five clients in Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education. Test abilities to set realistic goals, record evaluations and treatment in the Electronic Medical Record system, and write detailed analysis reports. Maintain confidentiality of child records and documents while following state laws for CPSE/CSE special education. Requires current New York State Physical Therapy licensure, MS Word proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Work with a collaborative team of professionals offering mentorship and unlimited accredited CEU courses.
Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Licensure and/or Certification in Physical Therapy
- Knowledge of MS Word
- Valid Driver's License
- Early Childhood Experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's Degree
