Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise PTAs within the facilities while managing duties split between Home Health and SNF settings on a weekend schedule. Maintain adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations. Requires an accredited Physical Therapist degree, active state license, and experience with the geriatric population. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations
