Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise physical therapist assistants within facilities while managing duties across both home health and skilled nursing facility settings. This role features a weekend schedule to support work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
