Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise PTAs within the facilities and manage care across both Home Health and SNF settings. This role includes a weekend schedule to reduce childcare needs. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
